Our return policy is very simple. Not happy with your order? We’ll send you a replacement, free of charge. You keep the old one. Yeah, it’s that simple.
How much does shipping cost?
We use carrier calculated shipping costs to give you an accurate price. To see the shipping costs for your order, go to checkout, fill in your shipping address, and you will see list of available shipping options.
When will my order ship?
We fulfill orders every weekday. If you order before 1pm EST, the package will usually leave our facility the same day.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method you choose. Average orders within the U.S. arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders arrive in 2-3 weeks.
Can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will recieve an email containing your tracking code. If you can’t find this email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to get a copy of your tracking code.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex.
Which countries do you ship to?
We DO ship internationally from our headquarters in Green Island, NY. The only countries we can’t ship to are Iran and Australia.
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees once your package reaches the country of destination. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How do I apply my discount or coupon code?
During checkout, there will be a box for you to enter any discount or coupon codes you’ve received. Only one coupon code can be used per order.
