If your bag doesn’t rehydrate (mycelium begins growing), we will replace it free of charge.
Just contact us by email and we’ll send you a replacement.
How much does shipping cost?
We use carrier calculated shipping costs to give you an accurate price. To see the shipping costs for your order, go to checkout, fill in your shipping address, and you will see list of available shipping options.
When will my order ship?
We ship orders once a week. If you need your order delivered by a specific deadline, please email [email protected] and we will make it happen!
Can I track my package?
When your order ships, you will recieve an email containing your tracking code. If you can’t find this email, contact [email protected] to get a copy of your tracking code.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex.
Which countries do you ship to?
We DO ship internationally from our headquarters in Green Island, NY. The only countries we can’t ship to are Iran and Australia.
Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees once your package reaches the country of destination. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How do I apply my discount or coupon code?
During checkout, there will be a box for you to enter any discount or coupon codes you’ve received. Only one coupon code can be used per order.
