Mycelium Activator Flour

Both GIY and Living material need flour as a source of quick sugars to jumpstart the metabolism of the mycelium. We use clear flour because it is more nutritious, higher in bran, ash, and protein, than regular flour. 

Save time measuring with your own flour at home and order a premeasured bag of flour for your specific GIY product. 

Measurements:

• GIY Material- 4 tablespoons flour needed in Step 1 and Step 2
  
• 20lb Living Material- 1.5 cups flour in Step 2 (Living material skips step 1)
